Season Opener!! First weekend for the 2021 season. Brought the new, nearly full, 275gal water hauler (IBC tote) all the way up the 17. Hoping to get the tanks nice and full, another dry summer is in the forecast. Stef & Inga hit the wine bar on Saturday to pick up their fall selection. It's always fun to go on an adventure to town. John came up for an afternoon visit! He took us up the summit on Mt Davis, he's a real bushwhacker. From this perspective we can see there are a some Pines dying around our property. Cool little hike with stacked rock art (what is the name for that?!). It was great to see John and he brought tons of little trinkets for all. He also gave us a killer pair of bincos. Thanks John. Brian looks up water availability in Prescott and finds the Prescott Water Transfer Station. Open 24/7 and takes quarters! Boys take a trip down Sunday morning to get another haul. It costs 25 cents per 75 gallons. We will be ready for summer, five year draught be dammed.
